If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, either before or after the commencement of classes, they must notify Qualify Learn in person, via email, by certified mail, or through a formal termination request. The cancellation will be effective from the date the notice is received or postmarked.

Cancellations can be made:

  • In person
  • By electronic mail
  • By certified mail
  • By termination or based on the last date of attendance by the student

Refund Policy:

  1. Full Refund: All payments will be refunded if the application is not accepted by the institution or if the student cancels within three business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
  2. Cancellation Before First Class: If a student cancels after admission but before the start of the first class, all monies paid will be refunded except for the registration fee (not exceeding $100.00 or its equivalent).
  3. Drop/Add Period: The drop/add period is the first week of classes. A full refund of all tuition and fees, excluding the registration fee, will be granted if the student withdraws within this period. No refunds will be processed after the drop/add period has ended.
  4. Withdrawal After Admission: If a student withdraws, whether voluntarily or due to dismissal, the entire amount paid will be forfeited except for any refundable deposits. This applies to all forms of withdrawal, including voluntary or institutional dismissals.
  5. Fee Refund System: If a student chooses to withdraw from their enrolled program, the institution will follow a structured, four-tier refund system based on the timeline of withdrawal and fees remitted.
